Registered Dietitian (RD) PACE – $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-Time Positions

Position located in Grand Junction, CO – this is not a remote role

Join HopeWest PACE as the Registered Dietitian for PACE and bring a positive change to the lives of seniors in our community. You will plan, supervise and directly participate in all aspects of the nutritional care of PACE participants. You will perform nutritional assessments, provide nutrition education, and will act as a resource to the health care team. You will establish meaningful relationships with your patients, colleagues and come to work every day knowing you are making a difference.

What is PACE?

PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors’ health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 163 PACE programs, serving more than 72,000 participants in 32 states.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree in human nutrition, foods and nutrition, dietetics, nutrition education, food systems management, or public health nutrition
  • Current registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and access to reliable transportation if working in the community setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
